Here's how the miniature was in the box.
Very well packaged.
Two of the pieces were even bubble wrapped which I had to be very careful not to break or cut the miniature since I was like a kid Christmas morning wanting to tear through the box to see what was inside.
Okay here are all of the pieces to the miniature after everything is removed from packaging. Overall I was very pleased with the way the cast looked. Plus nothing was broken or warped.
I did find some mold lines on a few places that was rather difficult to remove at times. But it's expected and not something to get too upset over..after all this hobby you have to be prepared to cut, sand, even sculpt before you can lay down paint. Plus if you don't have the patience for any of this you might want to hang up the brush and do something else you would enjoy that doesn't require as much attention.
I was up well past my bed time last night sanding, fitting all the pieces. I've removed all the mold lines and started assembly of the horse. Maybe tonight I will mess with him some more. It's already getting late and I have to be up early so not sure if will get around to it tonight. Bah what the hey it's only 9:30 I have some time. Tomorrow I'll try to post some pics of the model assembled. Next begins the filling gaps and such. Still undecided on how I want to do the base. I'm thinking though of trying to find a piece of stump or some wood that can be salvaged and used to create some dark scene..he is a chaos knight after all. Didn't think I was going to paint him with flowers and rainbows did you? ;)
